Structural features:

This machine is mainly composed of seven main components: an extruder, a vacuum bubble forming mechanism, a point breaking mechanism, a waste collection mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a winding mechanism, and an electrical control system. It realizes the mechanical and electrical integration of raw materials from the feeding port to the automatic control of finished product winding. This machine adopts a one-time molding process, with high production efficiency, good product quality, scientific and reasonable machine structure design, balanced and reliable operation, and convenient operation and maintenance.
